We develop a personal selling strategy for marketing your home.  Keeping in mind your timeline, schedule and communication preferences.  My homebuyer strategy incorporates your wants and needs in a home, location, timeline, school district, and neighborhood.

Negotiations are key to any real estate transaction.  They turn a mediocre deal into a homerun.  Whether I am dealing with contracts, repairs, concessions, escrow or timelines, you deserve a real estate professional that knows when and how to negotiate.

Communications are key to any real estate transaction.  I pride myself on being an outstanding communicator and one key factor is communicating the way you prefer.  It is also imperative that the other side of the transaction be informed and updated as appropriate.
