The Real Estate industry at its core is a relationship business. My mission is to provide the best customer experience, educate my clients on the current real estate process, provide investment guidance, always put my client's needs first, and communicate every step of the way, while building strong relationships.
I found out early in life that I have a passion for problem solving and interacting with others. My life journey has allowed me to explore many of my interests and meet a lot of great people along the way.

As a Business Owner, I have twenty plus years in management and operation of multiple businesses (sole proprietorship, LLC, S-Corp.) for myself and others.

As a Commercial Pilot and Flight Instructor, teaching, training, back country, cross country flights and Civil Air Patrol search and rescue.

As a drone pilot, photography, mapping and video.

Serving on the Airport Advisory Board. I had the pleasure to be the chairperson and develop standards and compliance policies for airport operations.

As a carpenter, I completed all phases of home and subdivision construction from excavation, operating backhoes, loaders, dump trucks, installing fresh waters systems, pumps, sewer laterals, tying steel, footings, stem walls, framing, roofing, plumbing, electrical, tile work, flooring, slab concrete and cabinet making.
As an Automotive Technician, ASE Master Certification and operating a successful automotive repair facility. Graduating from Boise State University with honors.
As an Airframe and Powerplant Certified (A&P) aircraft service technician, maintaining, performing STC conversions, and AD compliance.

AFFILIATIONS
I started customer service at twelve, working in my parents’ neighborhood grocery store.
Later in life when everything aligned, I learned to fly and became a Flight Instructor. I also helped establish a flying club and became the Secretary Treasurer.
When recharging, My passions are first and foremost my family. I love traveling to explore other cultures and landscapes around the world. At home, you will find me repairing or building, and, of course, aviation.

Once you have an offer, He will negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. He can take care of everything, from start to close.
Oftentimes buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. Bart can make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast. He also has a list of contractors, mortgage loan originators, and other professionals as needed to expedite the home selling or buying process. He doesn't consider his job done until he has earned a five-star rating.
